Favourite Recipes: Stoneleigh Methodist Church

I’m always drawn to old recipe booklets buried deep at car boot sales! And this week I picked up a couple – one was a small recipe booklet written by Stoneleigh Methodist Church, called Favourite Recipes. Each recipe gives the name of the person who wrote it. I’ve no idea, yet, when these were written, except it’s post-WW2.  I’d guess that this is a 1960s book of recipes.Stoneleigh Methodist Church Favourite Recipes

I’ll be typing up the recipes from the complete booklet over time, but, for now, I’ll just create the index page, linking through to the recipes once I’ve typed them up. I won’t be cooking these myself because nobody can cook every recipe from an entire booklet, there’s simply stuff in there that I don’t like 🙂
