These include quiche made with milk, as well as some variations of quiche recipes that are simple to make and ideally suited to cooking for one and small, or single, portions. Crustless quiche, slow cooker quiche, quiche with milk and quiche with condensed milk, I’ve made them all!
I love quiche in all its forms – and used to always choose it when eating out, it’s become less popular on menus now as everybody chases the latest fad … which isn’t quiche, which I find unbelievable!
I first started making quiches about 40 years ago when I went to a birthday party – and came away with two recipes … I must have made over 20 in the following month!
