Yazoo added chocolate orange milkshakes to their range at the end of March 2021 and I tried to resist them, thinking they’d not be great – but I was wrong!
These is the best milkshake I’ve had for years from a bottle!
Until opened, they store in the cupboard; once opened they go into the fridge and you treat them just like milk.
They will definitely be on my Christmas soft drinks list!
They shake up to be really fluffy too and definitely have a very “chocolate orange” taste. The milkshake is a thick shake.
So what’s inside? What’s the Nutrition Like?
This milkshake isn’t “junk food” – it’s UHT milk. The label also says they are:
- A source of calcium and vitamin B2
- High in protein, full of milk goodness
- There are no artificial sweeteners or colours
- This is a milkshake suitable for vegetarians.
- There are 250 calories in each full bottle (that’s two servings though allegedly), but “it’s milk”, so “good for you” 🙂
EDIT: The photo is taken of my fridge later in the year, as I definitely went back and bought a ton of these just in time for Christmas!
